Digital Apps for 21st Century Learning is an asynchronous digital PD course on how to choose, use, and measure the impact of digital apps in your classroom. Teachers learn the key concepts, simulations, and best practices for over 50 professionally vetted apps, including Kahoot!, Zaption, Minecraft, Plickers, Google Apps, Padlet, and more!
Digital Apps for 21st Century Learning is “Actionable PD”, or PD that can be implemented in the classroom immediately. It’s unlike other forms of PD in that it's delivered via a fun & engaging, project based, social learning format that fuses learning, doing, and sharing for measurable results. The course also features a “Community of Practice” for collaboration with peers.
Digital Apps for 21st Century Learning was designed by 19-year Instructional Technology Specialist Martha Green, M.Ed. Martha has designed instructional technology curricula for professional development and classroom integration, for over 10,000 teachers. She has also contributed to web design and educational product development for world-class education technology companies.
Martha is proud to have served as a teacher for over 37 years. She is committed to helping other teachers fully integrate progressive 21st Century technologies in their classrooms through this and other courses.
